If your order is faulty or arrives damaged
If your order contains items that are faulty, or arrive damaged, you must contact me within a reasonable timeframe (14 days) to report the fault. I may ask you to provide proof of the fault.
In most cases I’ll be able to give you a full refund or exchange, depending on the timeframe. I may ask you to return the faulty item, but I’ll pay those postage costs. If you want an exchange, I’ll also pay the postage for your return and for sending you a new one, as an acknowledgement of your inconvenience.
If you have purchased a book listed as “slight seconds” you will not be able to return the book as faulty.
If you change your mind
If you change your mind about the Private Practice Planner, you must contact me in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods to request a refund.
You must then return the goods to the address on the returns form within 14 days. All returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. You may remove any packaging to inspect the contents, but the pages must be in good condition and unmarked.
If you return goods without notifying us or without including the enclosed returns form, we may find it difficult to match the goods with your order and your refund may be delayed.
You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us. We recommend using an insured method of postage for returns as loss or damage of the goods while in transit to us may mean that we are unable to offer you a full refund. The goods must be securely wrapped to avoid damage.
Refunds will not include the original postage cost, and you must also pay the cost of returning the item to us, unless it is faulty.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
For any item judged to be damaged due to improper use or where reasonable care of the Planner has not been taken by you, we may claim for damages and breach of statutory duty against you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are returning a parcel from outside the UK
Please note that all returns must be sent by airmail or courier service and you must mark the parcel as a return on the customs form.
We will not accept any returns made by surface mail and we will not pay import taxes to receive a parcel that has been incorrectly labelled on the customs form.
If you have any questions about returns or need any assistance, please email us at support@privatepracticeplanner.co.uk
